Routine help

Hello, this is my first post here, so forgive me if i'm in the wrong section or something

I've recently (the last month or so) started weight training, this is primarily so I look okay on holiday, but I plan to keep it up.

Just been wondering if what i'm doing is good, if, say, i'm missing some importatn area, or if something is ineffective/unesessary

This is what I do three times a week (everything is done in 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps)
Normal standing bicep curl
Hammer curl
Squat
Bent dumbbell row
Zottman curl
Dumbell shoulder press
Side lat raise
Front lat raise (may be the wrong name, not sure, but just the side lat raise with the arms raised infront of the body instead)
Standing dumbell tricep extention

I then do ab stuff
A weighted crunch, with knees raised at a 90 degree angle
Bicycle crunch
hanging knee raise
Horizontal knee raise (again, probably the wrong name)

I also own an iron gym, so also do
wide grip push ups
Narrow, palms in push ups
Netural grip pull ups
Chin ups

My only equipment is the iron gym and the dumbbells

Any constructive help would be excellent
 
A suspension Gym is a great add on to any workout it will definitely help build muscle strength and stability, which will leave you more toned !
 
What are you doing for your back and chest? That seems to be lacking. Have you tried a split routine?
