Rope skipping

I've been wrong before (I think about 97% of my posts) but rope skipping would be cardio exersize and not really training any muscles except the heart.
 
Oh, yeah, calves.

As far as abs I'd say its minimal, but your body weight coming down from side to side, like in running probably does something at least theoretically
 
I really enjoying rope skipping.Rope skipping is a excellent form of exercise.Rope skipping increase the height and reduce the weight.skipping is a that way of exercise you can do with friends also with only one rope.

Calves, pelvic floor, transversus abdominus, quads, glutes, and pretty much the entire forearm.

Depending on what step you're doing, you can also possibly add hamstrings, hip flexors, biceps and triceps.

That being said, it IS primarily a cardio exercise. Don't expect to see bulk or even toning.
