LOVE Zuzana!! Her workouts are great (and killer) - especially if you have no equipment!!
As for some beginner ones, I think you can modify most of them to work for you. Either do them slower or don't get as many reps in. You can also add some extra breaks if you are just starting out. Make sure to keep track of your stats so you can see how you progress over time! It's more about the concept of high intensity training and pushing yourself.
