So i was involved in a motorcycle accident about 6 months ago were i broke both wrists completely. i was in casts up to both shoulders for 4 months and i was on a no workout profile for the last 2 months. that is were i am now starting, last week i spent the week seeing were i was so i wouldn't go too far. i will be updating this journal every week with what i have done and what i need to work on. if anyone would like to make any suggestions on how i could go about getting better results or any alternate workouts just let me know.
Goals for the week, 3 times daily before each meal
-5 sets of 10 push ups
-1 set of 30 sit ups, 30 side crunches each side, 30 sit ups (w/o breaks)
-2 sets of 30 leg lifts, 30 flutter kicks
-1 set of dips as much as i can
-2 sets of pull ups as much as i can do (1 set before work out and 1 after)
-run on mon/wed/fri for 2mi/4mi/2mi
each of these exercises i was able to do last week, be it at a slow pace. i will report next weekend on how it went and what i will be doing next week. thank you for reading and i hope to have good results for everyone.
