My bulking up progress
1st bulking up cycle (6 weeks)
6 workouts together - 3 weight training days, 2 sprinting days and one swimming day. For weight training I used 8-12 rep system (chest and abs Monday, back on Wednesday, arms and abs on Friday)
Diet - 5 weeks of 3000 calories (225g protein, 67g fats, 375g carbs) and one week 3100 calories (235g protein, 74g fats, 375g carbs).
Lean body mass - From 142.2lbs to 147.6lbs (change +5.4lbs).
Body fat - From 14.4lbs to 16.1lbs (change +1.7lbs).
(From 9.2% body fat to 9.7%)
Weight - From 156.5lbs to 163.6lbs (change +7.1lbs)
