Ripped Abs?

I know when it comes to ab workouts there are tons, I know enough about fitness and working out as I coach Gymnastics and used to be a Martial Artist/Gymnast for about 7 years, but my problem is I'm better with coaching OTHER people, not so much myself. I'm in pretty good shape but I want to really get ripped abs by June 1st, that's my goal.

Current state of my abs (somewhat flexing):

Let's just say I technically can't change my eating habits, but I'm not eating fast food or anything like that. I'm open to all advice. Trying to get ready for beach season haha. :car: I'm also open to any other areas you might think would need work.

Thanks in advance.

Also I apologize if this is the wrong place for this thread, I'm new to the forums.

With six packs it's much more about your diet than working out your abdominal muscles.

Of course, ab workouts a very important and effective for building muscle, but not burning it.

Change up your diet the best that you can. I know it's not easy and I know that in some cases, you have no control over what you eat, but just do the best you can.

Eat more protein, more carbs that are high in protein, vegtables, fruits. Drink plenty of water! Forget soda, energy drinks, juices, etc. Water, water, water.

As far as exercises go. Mix up the exercises. Learn various ab workouts and alternate through them. Try not to repeat the same ones too often (like within the same couple weeks).

When you rest after completing one set, take only a 30 second break and get to the next set.

Best of luck!
