This is just an "update"
I started riding my bike again, started out riding 15 minutes on wednesday the 14th of March (I weighed in at 204lbs), Thursday I rode for 45 minutes, and friday the 16th of march I rode for 75 minutes (burned about 1300 calories) and weighed in out of curiousity and I am already down to 201. I know it's still early but it's a great feeling to get on the scale and see the numbers go down. My goal is to get back down to about 165 - 170 as I was before I got injured and stoped riding.
Wish me luck last time I started at 215 in June of 04 and was 165 in late october of 04.
