So...I just started weight watchers, and I am planning on sticking to it for a long time. Really I like it. It is not that hard to do just teaches you how to balance out your food intake. Like I know if I am going to eat Choc. cake for breakfast (which I wouldn't) I have to eat a lot of veggies and fruits the rest of the day.
I have my first weigh in on monday, and I am super excited. I also just got a second job serving so that will take up my "sit at home and watch tv" time.
Currently I am 223.5 and 5'8 and 21 years old. I got on my scale today and I was a few pounds less, so I just need to make it through the first ww weekend and I will be okay from there.
I cannot wait to have my husband that is currently in Afghanistan get off that plane in september and be totally surprised by the weight I have lost. Then he will go back there for another 6 months and hopefully I will loose lots more.
It is so amazing how working out and eating right just makes you so much more happier about yourself! I am so excited to get my eating under control and live a "healthy" lifestyle.
