Hello,i'm a new member of this forum..i would like try to explain my new diet but i don't know very well english and so i hope to do little errors.SORRY FOR MY TERRIBLE ENGLISH but it' s real important that you give me an opinion about this new diet that in Italy is helping many people to lose fat.
At the first sight IT' S LIKE A combination between atkins diet and chrono diet but it' isnt...if you are interested to see this revolution program contact me.



my weight is 81 kg
i'm tall 183cm
i've done all kinds of diet
since i was 15 but i think
that this is really good

my diet

breakfast: 300gr of pasta with olive oil without sal after 5-6 hours

2nd meal:400 gr meat with vegetables

3rd meal pre work out:6 white eggs and 1 whole

during work out :30 gr of protein 100% ion exchange millk protein

4th meal:500 gr of fish with olive oil

I have never eat all these carbs because i was sure that i 'll become fat,but with this diet i'm more lean,more energy and more free....before i must weight all my food now i'm happy and lean....any suggests?thanks and sorry for my english
 
1/2 kilo of fish in one sitting? Don't know many people who can do it. Ok maybe once but do you really think you could keep this up?
 
yes,you have to know that i buy frozen fish and each box has 400/500 gr of fish....but it's important understand this new diet.

when you chose to follow this kind of diet you mustn't think the food like calories but biochemistry reactions that the food give.

in this diet it' s really imporant give attention on food combination....never complex carbo or simply carbo with protein

also you can eat all the carbo low glimecic index in the morning for breakfast

for example i'm eating 300 gr pasta all the morning with olive oil and it's unbelievable but i'm not fatting...for me it's new experince because before i ate only 120 gr carbo day.

the diet says that you can eat all the pasta that you want...without limits

in this diet there are some food that you can't eat if your goal is lose fat:tomate,potato,fruit,sodium,milk,carote...

i feel very good with this diet because i think that is really important to be free,i don't weigh the food and i eat a great deal of food.

also when i go out i can eat meat and vegetable.

the energy is always high with all carbo
