Revising My Home-Based Workout

I'm pretty new to this forum & this query may seem pretty silly, but...

How do I go about creating a new, comprehensive fitness regimen (weights & cardio) for myself, using this forum? I have pretty much "plateaued" with my current regimen...

I'm in my sixties and have a rudimentary home gym in an apartment. Awhile ago,
I was a member of Global Health & Fitness, which helped me design an appropriate fitness regimen, but I'm no longer a member (a financial decision)...
