Review my eating schedule

I need help in my strategy and need revisions on it. Also please keep in mind, I am in college and due to an inefficient class schedule it is hard for me to workout. Also the only meat I eat is chicken due to medical problems. Thanks for you help.

Morning: Drink Weight Gainer as breakfast
Lunch: Chicken, Wheat Bread, Cheese, Vegetables(Around 1000 calories)
Afternoon: Workout time. Before workout mix creatine and protein. Then take protein after workout.
Dinner: Eat around 1000 calories.
Night: Take weight gainer before sleep.

I already have a good workout plan but need a good plan for eating and a plan that incorporates creatine, protein, and weight gainer. I am trying to pack on some pounds.
 
What kind of pounds are you trying to pack on? Fat or Muscle?

If it's for muscle, I'd eat about 6 small meals a day, each consisting of a good amount of protein and carbs each. Eat about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Be sure you're drinking plenty of water as well.

However, I don't know what your goal is so I'm probably not much help.
