Hi, I wondered if someone could analyze my routine and comment.
Im 46 and started lifting weights about 2 years ago...but have been more serious during the last 6 months or so. I take whey protein and creatine and work best i can to the following schedule around work .
I workout on Thursdays,Fridays saturdays and sundays, about 30 mins to an hour each day, obviously with short rests between lifting. I try never to exercise the same muscle part two consecutive days ie.. a days break between biceps.
I have just started incorporating dead lifts into my program, but only have an ez bar for this. I rest monday,tuesday,wednesday because im busy with work on those days. I haven't got much of an idea if im doing it right...the schedule that is and would welcome some advice.
