Resources for Exercise bike people?

Hi all,

My first post here, horay. Was wondering where on the WWW or even here I could find routines and advice/stories from people (exercycle aficionados) who depend on using a stationary bike as a form of exercise?

I started up running about a year ago. It was hard and first and I would take off from running way too long before starting up again. At any rate, I've been getting stronger and doing better. I've also sprinkled in some HIIT, which is hard but worth it. Recovery takes a while though.

Anyway, I'm totally not a fan of the elements, so jogging in 90+ degree weather stinks. And from Nov to Mar, forget about it. I hate the cold. So I started up doing HIIT on the bike about a week ago. What a work out it was! I figured I'd take more of an active approach to learning more about using the bike as a primary form of exercise, but there's not much out there in the world. Was hoping to find a blog or website dedicated to it.

Do any of you know of a place, or even better, maybe keep a thread going on here having to do with stationary bikes?
