Sport Replacing fruit in my diet...? (Alergic reactions)

Sport Fitness
I posted on here a while ago about this, but the problem was never resolved. I just can't eat fruit. I've tried and I always end up throwning up like 30 seconds later. Either it's an alergic reaction or I'm subconciously disgusted by the idea of eating fruit. One way or another I have to find a way to substitute the vitamins and nutrients I would normally be getting from fruit.

I'm actually working on changing my whole diet to something healthier, and I just thought that this issue would be as good place to start as any. By the way, would eating more veggies make up for the lack of fruit in my diet?

What about chopping and/or grinding it up into something you like? Cottage cheese, plain yogurt?

Else, up your vegetable intake.

Well, it's not that I'm being picky or anything. I like the taste of most fruits. Guava, strawberries, oranges, pears, grapes, kiwi, etc. That's where the problem lies. I'll be like, "Oh, those apples look delicious", and I'll start to eat one. Then about half way through, I get nauseated and end up puking on the spot. And that's when I remember that I just can't hold it down no matter what. I guess WILL just have to up my vegetable intake, but will that be enough? I mean, is there anything in fruits that I won't be able to get just by eating more veggies?

how about eatting a couple of slices of fruit with every meal. If you can eat a whole fruit on its own, try eatting it with other foods.
