I need to know what kind of vitamins i need to be taking.. im 15 and 133 lbs. I'm talking the kind of vitamin you take after breakfast, vitamin D, stuff like that.. or maybe an all-purpose vitamin.. any recommendations?
Yep, any multivitamin with 100% (or slightly above) of the basic vitamins and minerals, and make sure it doesn't have a lot of inactive ingredients like preservatives, or a thick coating.
The ones that are gel-cap'd or compressed ground powder will break down easier in the body for better bio-availability.
Evo listed good ones. brands to avoid would be Centrum and One-A-Day - due to preservatives and thick outer coatings.
