Reese:

Welcome! The fact that you are a chef presents alot of problems in and of itself!

You may need someone to design a specific program for you and then make you accountable to them.

All that high intensity work you were doing feels great (endorphins), but you may not be training your body to burn fat.

My best advice is to find a professional to help.

well its time to hit the weights maybe and clean up your diet. i doubt you need professional help you just have to want to make the changes. and work for them not hing worth having comes that easy. plus working out gives you so many benefits. whats not to love. so it depends on what exactly you are willing to do and what you are willing to put into it. so?

well, i need a game plan or whatever.. like i said i have a set schedule.. wednesday-saturday 2-10pm, sunday 8-3. i was drinking coke none stop at work b/c heck its free... i stopped cold turkey on it dec 1st. and the withdraws finally stoped today.. and water has never tasted so good. i weighed in and im at 164lbs. i need to know what not to eat.. like whats good and whats not.. as in starches.. im not much of a veg person.. salads occ. im a big time meat eater. but didnt know if i needed high protien low carb or high carb or what.. just need some thigns explained to me.. and what types of workouts i shoudl do, etc etc anything said is greaty appricated

and what im tryin to do is.. im pretty stalky geneticly, i just want to lose the gut, and get muscle definiton. its there.. you just cant see it
