I am male and my problem is this: my upper leg area (ie my abductors, quads and the upper leg/hip area) is too bulky. It doesnt fit well with my upper body which is smaller.
I want to know how to reduce the muscle in this area through running. I have heard that running can reduce muscles or build them depending on what you do. Can anone reccomend anything?
I became bulky in this area from too many squat exercises so I'm guessing I should stop doing these. Also should I cut down on protein - I'm unsure about this one cos I dont want to lose any muscle from my upper body.
