reducing nipple size

Hi there,

Maybe this will look weird but I am wondering something:

When I wear tight shirts, my nipples stick out and we can see them through the shirt.
This happens when I wear tight white shirts. They're not so big and I don't think I have a problem requiring surgery.
But I was still wondering if there is any product out there that I can take to reduce them or flatten them a lil bit. I'd be happy with even a tiny reduction.

Any advice ?

This is a problem caused by sexual sensations.

You just need to simply suckle on your own nipples for about 4 or 5 minutes, preferably in front of a crowd, and they will begin to reduce and smooth over.

Try it out.
 
You could try buying bras with liners or thin layer of padding to hide this. Otherwise, ask a gynocologist for advice.
 
If you're a guy you probably have gyno (it seems like a lot of people have this around here)

Nah I am sure I don't have that.
It's not that big, I saw pics of guys who have gyno.
Mine just stick out only when I wear tight and white shirt, and I was just wondering if any product would help reducing them to be as flat and as small as possible. I guess there isn't. Then I am cool :p

They don't have to be huge to have gyno, the pics you see are of severe cases.. Nolvadex would work, see your doctor.
 
Are we talking about your nipples or your breast? I'm not understanding here.

If its your breast do more cardio.. if its your nipple of course it'll peirce a white shirt.. stay away from white.
 
"Puffy nipples" will go away if your body fat is low enough.
