ppl i know dat weight loss is only achievable by diet and exercise.....i do it without fail.but...but....if by chance u hog once in a while and if due to some occasion u have to eat oily and high calorie food...can we eat somethin which decreases fat absorption from the food.like fibres ispaghula etc etc

something which will reduce the absorption of fat in just that one meal.....plz help

only post with a solution no criticism needed
 
Nope, there's no such thing. And if you only eat something like that every now and again, there is no reason to worry. Just go back to your usual way of eating the next day, and you'll be fine. Having a 'cheat day' or a 'hog out' once in a while does actually work quite well for a lot of people, so there is no reason to 'decrease fat absorption' or anything like that.

couple of years back i knew a female who would often rush to washroom after a heavy meal and come back with red eye. Never could figure out why. years later she told me she used to vomit out everything that she eat. she told me that whenever she had a larger portion of meal she used to do this trick.


however its been 5 years she has not lost a thing.


one thing you can try, have two glass of water before meal. i also try coffee. it bring down the appetite down big way. After meal if you stay active for say 4 hour i think it would help.
