Hello, I'm a 27-year-old male amateur athlete and this is my first post on this forum.
I have run about four miles a day for about a year now (on the Life Fitness treadmills), but feel increasing tension in my ankles, toes, and other feet bones. My calf muscles also feel tension (despite that I stretch them before I run). Are there any good exercises/treatments to prepare the feet and legs for running, especially for those who suffer from arthritis?
And while on that subject, are there any good sources anyone might suggest for learning about joint strengthening exercises? Thanks ahead for any insights...
