so ive been doing some research and found out that the reduced fat skippys creamy peanut butter is actually worse for you than regular since they "supposedly" add sugar to compensate the taste. thing is when i look at their website the regular creamy has 3g of sugar in a 32g serving size where as the 25% reduced fat has 4g but with a 36g serving size. so where the hell is the added sugar at, if anything i would think its the exact same if not a little less than the regular pb. im not fat by any means i think next time i go shopping im going natural what peanut butter do you guys recommend with the lowest amount of sugar? im in love with peanut butter so not eating it at all is not a option.
