Does anyone here use this and if so have you had any results from it?
I used the pouches when they first came out. A full pouch is VERY strong, till you get used to it. It's one of my favorite standalone fat burners.

Lately I've been Stacking Ergo AMP with AX Rampage and it's been great for keeping bf low and great energy for workouts while bulking.

Thanks for the reply I was just wondering really what it does. I lady tried to sell it to me at GNC a while ago and I didn't buy it but I noticed they started selling it at the gym I go to I was just kind of wondering how it worked or if it worked. Thanks again for the info.

I was wondering the same thing... they sell it at my gym for $4 a bottle! A bit pricey in my opinion... if I drank it every time I was at the gym it would cost me $80 a month!

Rather than buying it at the gym, buy the syrup. ~$32 will give you 24 servings.

Wow, good deal Evo. Thanks.

Have you used the stuff? Does it work? Does it do what that say it will?

Follow the directions on the bottle, eat a hypocaloric diet, and exercise and it will work just like it says.

Tastes vile like cough syrup but it has my stamp of approval (and that means a lot, by the way):)

You can have a
maintenence calorie diet=calories needed to neither gain nor lose
hypercaloric=consuming more calories to gain weight (we assume muscle)
hypocaloric=consuming less calories so that you lose weight

In other words, if my body needs 2000 calories to neither gain nor lose weight and I wanted to lose weight, I'd eat less than 2000 calories a day.
