ive just started working out, and i seem to only be able to motivate my self with redbull energy drinks.. im drinking the ones with no sugar..
the can contains only 10 calories, but lots of caffine / taurine..
now, im partial to them, because my plan is to workout with them, untill im ready to workout without them..
