Sport red wine

I'm currently trying to bulk. I drink red wine ocassionally ( not a lot) to cope /w stress and the benefits of antioxidants it contains. will this slow down my process? Red wine from what I heard also increases vascularity and good for the heart.
 
No, you should be fine.
 
i read in an article that if you had red wine before or after your workout it would decrease testosterone and you need that in order to gain mass but if you have it any otha time i wouldn't worry about it
