So- here it is post #1000.... sheesh wish more of them would have actually had some content.
Anyhow, I came here with a major issue. I was getting old, had a major skydiving injury, felt like a washed out extreme athlete, and was just hoping to gain some vanity in my mid-life crisis.
What did i get? So much more. i have found an entirely new life (lifestyle) and passion for athletics.
I ended up gettin the key (ART treatment) to my sciatic nerve damage here. Learned about diet, new exercise ideas, and you guys have evne enjoyed my antics, including flirting with the girlies, and challenging the guys. This place, though it is just a website has been much more thn that for me.

This post is for you. You were the triathlete here. you were the one hat brought some meaning to my required swimming rehab. i thought i was toast, and you taught me to swim, we shared together about running, and you made spinning seem cool.
In 20 days I will do a half Ironman, and in a few months after that, or maybe a year, I will do the Full Ironman. That is a healthy beeeyatching (yep, i cussed on sunday- sorry) mid-life crisis. So much better than an extra-marital affair and a convertable eh??

so, i am home from church, off to the gym. i will practice transitions 5 minutes swim, 10 minutes bike, and 5 minutes run, for 8 reps. and my sugar will do naenae's weight training plan.
