Recovered and need help!

Hey everybody,

I am 19 years old, and I have recovered from some heart problems I had in the past. Due to chronic chest pain, I couldn't lift for 5 to 6 months straight, and I have virtually lost all that I had gained previous to my heart problems. So far, I have been able to lift 2 weeks straight without having any chest pain, so I have been starting light, and it looks something like this:

Monday:
(3X8 on everything)
Military press
Rows
Squat
Bicep Curl

Wednesday:
Bench
Lat Pull downs
Tricep kickbacks

Friday:
Deadlifts
Military
Rows

I understand how easy this schedule is right now, but this is all to insure that I don't go overboard at first. I am thinking about starting a 5x5 rep scheme and incorporating these same lifts I mentioned above. Also, I have been eating an unbelievable amount of food so I can gain quicker. I eat 6 meals a day. I haven't had the time to map out macronutrient ratios or count all my calories, but I am very certain I am eating more than my required amount as I looked it up ealier, and I have a general idea of how much food I am eating per meal. Does this sound okay? Does anyone have any recommendations?
