Sport recommended books?

Sport Fitness
I really want to learn about muscle gain, fat loss, and nutrition. I need a book that explains nutrition to a dumbass like myself. In terms that I can actually understand, but information that is good nonetheless.

I hear "burn the fat, feed the muscle" by tom venuto is a really good book, is that true?

Can you recommend me some great books to read then?

One of the best books I have ever read is strength training anatomy.

definately agree with NBS - I have parused through that book as well, and it's legit.

some books in my library include:

1.) The Bodybuilder's Nutrition Book by Franco Columbu -- Arnold's world-famous training partner
2.) Nutrition for Dummies -- just to get you started--has good info in lamen's terms.
3.) The Optimum Nutrition Bible by Patrick Holford
4.) The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger -- contains amazing information on how to setup workouts, how to preform almost every exercise for every body part, and great insight on how to get the most out of your workouts.

hope that helps man.
