okay.. ive been ahving truble getting these egg whites down.. it just comes to the point where im like.. blahhh i cant eat anymore..

maybe if it tasted better ^_^ anyone ahve any good recipes for poached eggz? :-O i stick them in the microwave in the morning..

i thought about drinking them raw.. has anyone tried this? :-s

So just eat the whole thing. I remember reading a study recently where they said now its "ok to eat the yolk." It's not that bad if you don't eat it all the time.

I enjoy a good hardboiled egg from time to time.

Poach em in a broth, like chicken, beef, lamb, duck, vegetable, fish, shrimp, lobster, etc.

Don't do em in the microwave, get up a little bit earlier to boil something to poach them in. You could also use just plain ol water to poach, just flavor the water with salt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.

Yep. Just crack the egg in the boiling liquid, but make sure there aren't a crap load of bubbles, because then you'll have bits of egg floating everywhere. Poach it, then eat around the yolk, or use your spoon and just cut around it.

I'd try it out first, to get the hang of it-- it takes somewhere round 2-4 minutes (?) to poach an egg. If you wait till the morn to try it out, you might end up not eating, lol.

Pretty much it's an egg cooked in a small amount of liquid. It is kind of tasty. But I like the idea to change up the base.

Not sure about poached eggs but hereis how I eat my egg whites:

I separate 10 egg whites and add them to a frying pan that has been sprayed with pam. I cook them omelette style and just as their done i add 2 slices of american or cheddar cheese and fold in half.

Top it off with some Franks Red Hot and you have yourself a delecious pro/fat meal.

To help keep the egg together while poaching, it helps tp put a tablespoon of white vinegar in the water just before dropping the egg in. You won't taste it either.

Yeah, and adding salt to the water will help keep the water from bubbling too much, while being able to maintain the same temperature.

the 1st time i made or "attempted" to make them.. i droped th egg in.. it cracked.. at the botom im liek ****..
i set the second one in it was fine thne the 3rd. one.. then i ran out of eggz.. soo myeah anyways i let them coiok for 3 mins and take the cracked one out. wasnt cooked enough.. so i let the other ones cook for 2 more mins.. and crack one.. much of uncook egg comes out :-S

soo i put my last egg back in.. for 5 ish mins.. take it out.. ate around the yolk tastes a **** load better then the microwaaved bull crap! :-O

lol nice...

Just crack it nice and steady. Don't drop it in too high or it will break apart. A good poached egg looks like an egg over easy, but it's boiled, not pan fried.

You guys are making me hungry.
