Sport recently bought wpi (whey protein)

as the title says i recently bought whey protein isolate, i wasnt getting enough protein in my diet, i have been having a protein shake with breakfast and after a workout, is this sufficient??

my shake contains:
1 banana
35-40 grams of protein
300 mls of skim milk

i am about 151 lbs, 6'0 tall and i want to gain lean muscle, i am working 4 days a week of weight training
 
i wouldn't take more than 2 shakes a day...most of your food should be whole, unprocessed...lots of lean meat, dairy, eggs, tons of veggies and fruit.
since you're bulking, brown rice, potatoes, whole wheat pasta, and some bread would be acceptable.

and don't overtrain. 4 days a week of weight training, I suspect your routine is over zealous and probably not as effective as it could be with some tweaking.
