Really happy to be with you…

Hi everyone

Am new here , and to be Frank I hate exercise, since I was a little girl I never joined exercise classes in school I always had an excuse to skip it.
But 2day I bought this 4 in 1 Treadmill which I am excited about..
I joined 2day is that I bought this; I did a 15 minutes session.

Would like to get tips and advices from you armatures …:)

Welcome, by the way, always good to see someone else getting interested in fitness.

First, exercise is important, so congrats on picking it up. More important than exercise though is good nutrition. Be sure you're eating right, and you won't have to exercise quite as much to stay fit =D

My recommendation is to start slow and be prepared for setbacks. That said, it's entirely possible to have phenomenal results from the get go - but understand that everyone reacts differently to exercise routines. Eventually you'll find one that works for you.

So you have a treadmill, that's great for cardio, but you'll also want to do some resistance exercise. That means lifting weights, doing pushups, dips, etc. Your body needs strong (note: NOT necessarily BIG) muscles - this not only keeps you healthy throughout life, but it also helps you burn calories and keep from putting on fat.

You may hate exercise but wait until you start seeing results. Your gonna love it!

The treadmill I got is like a home Gym, which got 4 things in 1, I got some weights which I bought 2 years back but never used!

Am already bored, and feel I don’t have the energy to exercise.
