Ok, So at the moment im 15 years old, 16 in 2 months. I currently weight about 233lbs and stand at 6ft. I have no access to a gym but I have an elliptical and a couple of dumbbells, so its a start. I also plan to clean up my diet etc. Thing is, my ideal body is like Mike of the jersey shore (Without the deformed arms ) Right now, although im 230lbs+ I dont look it really. My dad is only a couple of lbs heavier but a few inches shorter than me and you can really see it. Anyway, Im planning to do 30-60 mins on the elliptical per day follows by weight training and floor exercises, Squats, pressups, crunches etc. But thing is, When do I start with whey protein? I hate fish so my only main protein is chicken breast with the occasional egg. Thanks for any help/advice!
