really embarassing question

ok so I exercise really good and I take 20-30 min runs all the time and after I run it feels like I have menstrual cramps. And it burns? Why does this happen? Am I sick?
 
I am assuming the burning is in the same area of the cramp (as opposed to a UTI type burn).

Methinks that you may be eating/drinking too soon/too much before your run. If you run in the a.m. you may want to try eating only a granola bar before your run and getting breakfast afterwards. If you run in the p.m. wait several hours after you eat. I also would also recommend hydrating, but stop drinking about 1 hr before your run.

This should relieve your cramps.
