Hello, I'm new and trying to bring about a change. I've come to realize that weight-loss is like an addiction. Just like AAA or Smoking, It's an addiction that has to be battled constantly. I'm working with a personal trainer who has devised a meal plan for me (that I don't always stick to!) I''m here to get and give support and to learn something new. I go to the gym 3x a week. I started in February and it's a constant battle but I will conquere it! I look forward to hearing from everyone!
