Reading labels

Ok i need help reading a food label.
For example it says,
Water Milk
Total Fat 18g
28% 43%

Suppose I had it in water it would be 18g's of fat? Then the milk would be somewhere around 29g's of fat. Am i doing this right?

Would really depend on the type of milk you use (since different milk blends have different fat contents, they probably use 2% on the product estimate)and how much you use, take the nutrition label from your milk look at the fat value for the amount you are using and add it to the 18g fat from your product for a total mixed with milk.
