How much protein should I eat each day?

I weight lift, very active person, go to gym about 4-5 times per week, 5'9 small build, 10st7.

I dont want my body to eat in to lean body muscle so I eat about 1400 calories/days, but what nutrients should this be?

1400 calories? your body needs more than that just to maintain.

USRDA for a man is about 60g...but that's the bare minimum.
the reality is 1gram per pound of lean body weight. 10.7 stone is about 150lbs, so you want about 150g of protein per day.
and closer to 2000 calories, at least.
