Weight-Loss

I haven't read the link, and I'm not totally keyed up on raw food diets. Each cycle of the fad seems to have different rules. But

Changing your body composition, ie loosing weight, is a matter of maintaining a balance between the energy you intake, and the energy you expend. If you want to loose weight, the energy you get from food and drink every day, has to be significantly less than energy you burn through your day to day activities, and exercise.

Raw food eliminates a lot of energy dense foods from your diet, until you're stuck with just fruit, some seeds/nuts, and the vegetables which you can eat raw (nobody wants to chow down on a raw spud)

With the exception of the seeds and nuts, the foods you'd be left with don't provide you with a whole lot of energy, compared to their mass. It would be extremely difficult to maintain your weight on such a diet, with a conventional lifestyle. Think of true herbivores. They eat for hours and hours each day. Nothing else, just eat sleep, drink, poo.

Unless your talking about raw meat, then you'd loose weight, but probably damage you're body from salmonella and campylobacter in the process.

Good luck on your journey

You make some good points, Mr_Sharlotte.

Raw food inherently makes you eat less due to the high fiber content of the food making you feel fuller for longer. But yes, eating for hours on end to get the same energy level does not seem ideal, nor realistic.

This is where it would make sense to talk about dietary fat as a fuel source.

Provided you are past the point of thinking dietary fat is bad for you, which most people have heard by now, using dietary fat as a means of energy is a great way to over come this problem. By supplementing in more dietary fat and less refined carbohydrates, the body is getting source of energy overall. Think about building a fire. If you wanted it to build a fire that lasted the whole night, it would be better to find bigger logs since they are going to burn longer. That's dietary fat. If you tried to build a fire and have it last all night using twigs, or small pieces of wood, you'd have to use a lot more wood to keep the fire going. Energy, for the sake of argument, works a lot like this fire analogy. Hope that helps :)

ya! Raw food eating is amazing things for our body and health. The easiest way to lose excess fat from body and is to eat lower calories foods that are high in nutrients. organic bone broth is also another best option it is full of slimming minerals and amino acids, including fat-burning calcium, stress-soothing magnesium, liver-optimizing glycine and gut-healing gelatin. Raw Breakfasts

For breakfast, have a go at throwing together a green smoothie with some crisp child spinach leaves, some icy water, a modest bunch of smashed ice, a solidified banana and an apple or 1/some new berries. Another choice is a natural product plate of mixed greens sprinkled with crude nuts or got dried out coconut. In the event that you miss grain, attempt crude groats absorbed water and presented with a crushed banana.

For lunch, attempt a nut piece. With your sustenance processor or a nourishment hammer, smash nuts until they're brittle and consolidate them with marinated vegetables and flavors. A lettuce wrap that encases new organic products or vegetables is another sound alternative. In case you're up for something more convoluted, make a gazpacho soup by mixing crude tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil and extra veggies and flavors of your decision.

At supper, have a vast plate of mixed greens that incorporates sound fats, for example, cashews and cut avocado. In the event that you have a pasta desiring, humor it by destroying zucchini into long, thin strings and serving the "noodles" with crisp, marinated veggies. Crude wheatberry bread can even serve as the base for a crude pizza with tomatoes and crisp basil clears out.

Weight reduction

To shed pounds, you should eat less calories than you blaze, which you can do by eating lower-calorie nourishments, lessening your segment sizes or expanding the measure of physical action that you do. I hope this is sarcasm.

Absolutely agree. Raw food helped me to lose about 5 lbs per month and I want to say that they never come back. But there is the catch. It is very important to make your ration balanced, because about a year ago when I only started to feed raw food I didn't pay much attention to what I eat and I've lost in weight too much. But with fat I've lost muscle weight cause didn't pay ateention to products rich in protein. And it was pretty complicated to get back right weight. So be careful and balance your ration.

I agree with raw food will help to loose weight.
