I just read that and I'm puzzled. I'm here talking about the "Protein Absorption Rates in Humans" section of the article.
it says that amino acid absorption is only 5-8g/hour
that's not a lot. I don't really know enough to critique the methods that are used in the studies they reffer to.. But I have a hard time believing that a lot of us are ****ting out over 100g of amino acids daily..
anyone want to read that article and give some input?
