Don't take it personally allantgy, but you are better off choosing a ready-made professional regimen than what you have. For example I cannot see any overhead press on your regimen and I cannot understand lat-pulldown twice (no pullups or chinups) and the tonnes of curls you have in there.

Hi! Thank you Blackbeard, any comment is welcomed!
Thing is I started to train like these after 8 months due to a back injury. Im good now, I just didnt wanted to start really heavy, thats why is so light in the back area, btw, now that you mention it Im doing military presses instead of shrugs. What do you mean about tonnes of curls?

What I meant was scrap the routine you have and look at the sticky thread and also the plenty of other good routines around the web. There is no need of re-inventing the wheel by designing a sub-standard regimen with many imbalances. If you have had a back injury and are recovering from it then ask your physio/doc what exercises you can/can't do. I think NoLoveLost (another member here) has been cleared by her doc to do certain exercises and chill out on others.
