What do you guys think?

I think you take too much PhD synergy and not enough real food.

Thats not my whole diet- just the supplements! I have synergy for breakfast as I find it difficult to eat much solid food in the mornings.

Of course I have other meals in the day!

am-synergy with milk
mid-morning ............
lunch ...............
mid-afternoon synergy with water (preworkout)
Intraworkout-purple wraath
Post workout-whey shake
Evening meal.......................
Throughout day - x2 coffees, EFA's, vitaminpak

(I know am isnt ideal but at least I have 500 quality calories on board first thing as opposed to not eating much untill 11). Can you fill the gaps?!

I was thinking peice of fruit mid-morning and with lunch and possibly mid afternoon with the second synergy.
Vegtables with lunch and evening meal- like steak, chicken, eggs with a variety of vegetables??

Start off by introducing 2 eggs for breakfast. Then another egg and a piece of fruit. If you'll do it gradually, it's not a big deal.

If I don't feel like cooking such as I have early morning swim coaching duty, then I'll blend up 20 oz water, 8 oz milk, 2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup of each:blueberries, cherries, raspberries, and strawberries (I buy them in bulk frozen).

For lunches, I typically buy the pre-cooked fajita meat (both beef and chicken). They run like $2-2.50 a package. Each package has roughly 50 grams worth of protein. I eat that and a bell pepper and a cucumber every meal five days a week.

I boil eggs to take with me and combine that with cottage for a snack before soccer practice.

With supper, I almost always have a salad that consists of ~1/3-1/2 head roomaine lettuce, 1/4 red onion, 1 cucumber, 1 bell pepper, 20 green olives, jalapenos, 2 stalks of celery. I also eat a can of green beans. And I will typically combine this with 1/2 a rotesserie chicken I get from Walmart for $6.

i knwo what you mean about eating first thing in the morning, but it IS doable.

i Remember on one bulk I was eating 1 cup of un-cooked oatmeal for breakfast with 5 eggs. that's like 3lbs of food (1 cup of uncooked oats is a double serving, giving you like 1.7 cups of cooked oatmeal).

eating to get big is a form of training in and of itself...

what dressings do do use for your salads?
