Would love feedback on my routine
I'm 43 and do 3 days gym Monday wed Friday I just want to get abit stronger with added muscle aswell
Monday
Squat 5x5
Flat bench 5x5
Bent over row 5x5
Dumbbell flys 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
Leg extension 3x8
Wednesday
Incline bench 3x10
Decline bench 3x10
Ez bar curls 3x10
Skullcrushers 3x10
Cable biceps/triceps 3x10 both
Friday
Squat 5x5
Overhead press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Pull-ups 3x10
Hamstring curls 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
