So... calorie wise your diet is I guess.. at 1500 kcal... which is too little for a teenager, you need to grow you know... and growing includes important stuff besides your height... like your frontal lobes and other fascinating and pretty integral parts of your life. Well I guess you could do without them but you'd be branded a psycho pretty fast and probably be locked up for doing something really stupid pretty fast.
nutrition wise that is a horrible diet.
Amino acid wise you're pretty much covered I guess.
Vitamins, minerals and all things trace you are so not getting enough of. Basically you need to eat varied food, and veggies are excellent ways of getting the nutrients without getting loads of calories.
Fiber wise.. I mean sure you can survive without fibers but... it'll eventually fubar your intestines and it'll make your daily trip to the loo pretty awful.
so... on an upnote if you want to loose weight and be healthy and such, you are in for both more and more varied food
I'd say... get something besides chicken breast.. fat fish is a very nice way to get proteins and other good stuff like fatty acids and such. And then.. why on earth would you drink a protein shake with all that protein going down anyways.. you'll end up with a very painful kidney... munch on some veggies and get some carbs in there too..
remember that internet advice is pretty much horrible 99% of the time btw, so take mine with a grain of salt too.
