Breakfast - Honey Oat Cereal or oatmeal with small cup OJ

Lunch - Toasted Cheese Sandwich w/ a little bit of garlic salt, baby carrots, berry fruit (black, blue, etc)

Snack - Apple + handful of almonds w/V8 low-sodium vegetable juice

Dinner - Unpredictable (whatever my parents have, usually I have. I'll usually have a banana and sometimes broccoli.)

Anyway, anything I need to improve on? I want to lose 10 lbs in one month if possible. I also take four capsules of Bee Pollen per day. I'm trying to drink water more than anything else. I'll probably have chocolate milk on occasion, but rarely.

Hello. You might want to try to add a little protein and good fat for breakfast. Lunch maybe add some protein, too.
Are you doing any exercise? To lose the 10 lbs in a month is pretty ambitious without.
Good luck

It's kind of hard to rate since you have not specified portion sizes nor have you told us your vital statistics, like height, weight, and level of exercise. The "honey" oat cereal has lots of sugar in it.

Multiple meals is really a dieting myth. It works for some sure but it's not a must nor does it actually help outside mentally

As beginning you should comminute your meals and so to eat between six to eight times a day.

A couple things that work really well for me eating multiple meals during the day are:

1. I'm eating less at a sitting, so my stomach is shrinking and that makes it more difficult for me to overeat because my stomach fills up quickly. It's really hard for me to eat a large meal now. (This could also be related to eating more fiber, too)
2. I feel full all day so I'm rarely very hungry (especially in that "I'm starving so I'm going to gorge on everything in sight" way.)
3. I fool myself into feeling like I'm having a good time eating all day long, so I don't feel that I'm depriving myself, even though I'm calorie counting and eating a great deal of whole foods and much less junk food and processed foods.

It works for me. I can't say what it does for increasing metabolism (which is a commonly discussed but apparently mythological benefit of eating more often) but what it does do for me is benefit enough that I'll stick to multiple smaller meals a day. But there are plenty of people who don't do that and lose weight just fine.
