I've recently decided to try and shed some excess weight. This week I reached 13st and then decided, as it was the day before lent, to have a final cheat/binge day. After that my weight increased by about 7lbs. The day after that I went drinking with friends and drank a fair amount and now my weight sits at 13st8lbs. Is this due to bloating/water retention and will it drop off quickly if I rehydrate myself and go back to my routine? Thanks.
