They sound like a nice reasonably healthy snack to me - if you love them, then eat them, but count the cals. Fresh fruit is generally healthier than dried fruit - but its still good stuff!
What you guys have said was pretty much what I was thinking. I buy the small serving size boxes of them. If I didn't I'd munch on them all day. I love them! Thanks for everyone's input! I really appreciate it!
those smaller size boxes may be a little more expensive... but in thelong run... it's worth it.. though with halloween just around the corner they're probably plentiful...
