Weight-Loss Raisins and Avacodos

Can anyone help me here?

Raisins – I am not a morning person so it’s very easy for me to wake up late and skip breakfast. My commute is 45 minutes and I don’t like going through my first hour of the day without any food intake. I have found a cereal that only has 8 grams of sugar and is low in fat as well and packed with Fiber. One of the Fiber One cereals. I mix it with fat free milk (I’m so proud of myself) but cannot eat it unless I have about ¼ cup of raisins. I do this every morning. I noticed that raisins are high in calories and sugar, but are also a fruit. I only eat them in the morning.

Avocados – I swear there is crack in them because I am addicted. I used to bring sandwiches to work (wheat bread, turkey breast, cheddar cheese) until I saw how much fat was in a slice of any type of cheese I would eat. So I stopped, and then started going to subway every day. They just released the Turkey and Avocado club so I started eating that. And then I decided to just make my own sandwiches just using wheat bread, turkey breast and a half of an avocado. I do this every day.

So I guess you could have skipped all that blah blah and got to this. Is 1/4th cup of raisins and ½ half avocado each day going to hurt my weight loss plan?
