11/23: Starting at 260 lbs. Well I just really got back on track yesturday. But I did a great job!!! I'm keeping my own Physical Activity Record, Food record and Weight Record and yesturday I stayed within my own limits. And Actually did a little more Exercise. To help myself from eatting too much I shared with my son and boyfriend. And I stopped eating when I felt a little bit full. Sometimes I tend to eat untill I can not eat no more.
