Quick Weighing Question

FIRST OFF , i WOULD LIKE TO SAY HELLO -IVE BEEN GONE FOR A BIT BUT THATS JUST BECAUSE IM REALLY FOCUSING ON MY GOAL WEIGHT WHICH I AM REACHIN, BUT

WHAT IS UR ACTUAL WEIGHT. IS IT BEST TO WEIGH MYSELF IN THE MORNING WHEN I GET UP AND GET OUT THE SHOWER OR AFTER I EAT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WHAT.

MY NEW WEIGHT IS 155 WHICH THAT IS WHAT THE SCALE SAID THIS MORNING, NAKED NO CLOTHES AT ALL FROM HEAD TO TOE. I GOT DRESSED AND WENT TO WORK AND WEIGHED MYSELF AGAIN A FEW MINUTES BEFORE I HAD BREAKFAST. IT SAID 160. :confused:
 
The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning after you use the bathroom.

Yeah u guys -im been pushin big time man - Im so stinkin focus -I should just move in the gym-lmao lmao - its jumpin 155-to 157 but its stable at those numbers - im working crazy hard for those last few pounds. I did do a photoshoot jenn- my site link i gave u a while back the photos are there. I still need to continue workin hard -- I will accomplish this mission gurllllll. :D Thank u so much u guys foreal.

You did the photo shoot, so I'm guessing you got your back arch right? lol (referring to your post in the butts thread)
 
I don't think the time of day that you weigh yourself is more important than just being consistent in weighing yourself at the same time. In other words, if you weigh yourself in the morning, then do it all the time in the morning.
