Quick sodium tip

If you tend to take in too much sodium (your body only needs 600-800mg a day), then you can counter a lot of the sodium by taking in more potassium. Doesn't mean you can eat all the sodium you want but potassium helps a lot.
Spinach and bananas are your new best friends!
I only found out cause my sister is on dialasys and my mom is a nurse.
Just thought it was interesting.

Thanks for sharing that tip.

I try to eat as much spinach as I can anyway. Spinach is ridiculously high in nutrients and it's not awful tasting.
