Sport Quick Shake

G'day guys,
Im just after a new protein shake to make. Preferably something easy to whip up in the blender. Ive been just having basic protein powder, eggs, milk and bananas but the taste is getting old & doesn't give me much results anymore...

So if anyone knows of any good protein shakes that have some easy ingredients and that will do me good before and after a sesh leave us a post.

Adams natural peanut butter for sure. When I need some carbs in the morning I make a pb, oatmeal, and chocolate whey shake. Very good.
 
The peanut butter doesn't sound very nice mixed with the others...

Hows the taste?
