quick question

I was here before, and have received some great help. I've been trying to figure this one out:

I'm 6'4, male, 23 years old.

How much will I weigh if I continually eat 2900-3000 calories a day, and walk (swiftly) 30 minutes a day as well?

And/or could someone show me the equation to figure this one out?

I don't think it's that simple...

I'm not really asking for the exact weight I guess. Maybe like a range or something.

I realize other factors play in to it like other activities other than walking 30 minutes a day, etc. Let's call it moderate exercise because I do have a physical job and stay slightly active most days.

Other than that, isn't there just some kind of equation for these numbers?

When I first checked that chart out the calculator at the bottom wasn't working, but I also wasn't thinking because I could probably have figured it out myself without it working so I'll check again now heh

Thanks!

it would be impossible to come up with an equation for what you're looking for. it's just far too complicated.

How much will you weight eating x calories per day?

Hi,

A good rule of thumb is 1 pound for every 15 calories...

So, if you are consuming 2900 / 15 = your weight will be 193 pounds...

This just an approximation I remember from long ago...

I think I recall getting it from Joe Weider...

I have found through out my life, this formula has been on point...

Hope this helps you.
